Happy New Year from Lunun Gin! We had a busy festive period so we're back with our Cocktail of the Month in 2 parts for January!

First up is our Kaffir Lime Leaf Martini. This is one of our most popular tipples at our Haar Bar in St Andrews and is a fantastic spin on the classic gin martini.

Method:

Simply mix a double shot of Lunun Gin with a bar spoon of Vermouth and stir with a kaffir lime leaf before serving straight up. We recommend garnishing with a kaffir lime leaf to really enhance the flavours!
