Lunun Gin - 50cl, 41% ABV 

Our flagship craft gin, created by Chef Dean Banks.  

Freshness and zip from kaffir lime, lemongrass & ginger; a slight astringency from sea buckthorn; finished with the salinity and spice of kombu kelp and Sichuan pepper.

The result is a refreshing but well-balanced gin that has our customers saying “you can tell a chef made this!”

Brambley - 50cl, 17% ABV

A quintessentially Scottish liqueur with an Asian twist.

Award-Winning Lunun Gin, expertly blended with Dean's signature style.

Created with less sugar than standard, the luscious, dark brambles take centre-stage, highlighting their natural tart edge; complimented by the fragrant aroma of kaffir lime.  Ginger and cardamom on the finish create a long, lingering warmth.

Jamberry - 50cl, 17% ABV

The soul of Summer in a glass.

A perfect blend of flavours created by Chef Dean Banks: the intensity of ripe, juicy Scottish strawberries, rounded out with the puckery tang of rhubarb, and the lively fragrance of exotic lemongrass infused into his Award-Winning Lunun Gin.  With less sugar than standard, this liqueur is sweet without being sickly, letting the quality of the fruit boldly shine.
