Terms of Service
Lunun Gin was launched in October 2019 by Chef Dean Banks. It is a premium Scottish gin with an Asian twist; influenced by Dean’s travels across the globe and his expertise in fusion cooking.
Lunun is created in a single-fold distillation process and includes six key botanicals: kaffir lime leaf, sea buckthorn, Sichuan pepper, kombu kelp, ginger and lemongrass. Distilled in Dean’s hometown of Arbroath, Angus, the gin’s name is an adaptation of Angus’ most peaceful, secluded beach, ‘Lunan Bay’.

The following is our Terms of Service:
About us
We provide our at home delivery services to anyone over 18 residing within the following parts of the United Kingdom: Mainland Scotland (with exclusion of Scottish islands and specific postcodes) England and Wales.
Your Order
We are thrilled you have decided to order products.
When placing your order, we must receive the following information from you:
1. Your Name,
2. Your DOB (please note that you must be a minimum age of 18 years old to place an order with us),
3. Your Delivery Address,
4. Your Email Address,
5. Your Phone Number,
6. Your Payment Details.
To ensure that we can communicate effectively with both customers and recipients, it is very important that you provide accurate personal information. Please remember that we value your privacy and will never lease, rent or sell your private information.
Your order must be placed at least 3 working days before your preferred delivery date. Add on orders cannot be made once your order has been dispatched.
When ordering please be aware of our allergy information.
If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please make us aware via sales@lunungin.com before you place your order.
Felix Max Ltd (Lunun Gin) only sells goods on our website to the end user and they should not, in any way, be resold without our prior written consent.
Order Amendments and Cancellations
Order cancellations/amendments cannot be processed after 24 hours after placing an order. Any orders requiring amendments including refund or partial refund are subject to a £15 admin fee.
Felix Max Ltd and any of its personnel, reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to reject any order without giving reasons. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full, via the payment method used to place the order.
Prices
All prices are stated inclusive of any applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated. All applicable delivery charges are set out explicitly in your order.
Delivery
We deliver by APC, DPD, Royal Mail Tracked and other courier companies. We will determine how to deliver your order, and any applicable delivery charges will be clearly communicated before you check out. We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to use a different delivery method without prior notification. We will make every effort to communicate your delivery instructions to your delivery provider, however we cannot guarantee that delivery instructions will be followed as this is an external company. Timed deliveries are not available.
Please note, we currently only deliver to mainland UK.
Once your order has been sent out with our courier company, you will receive the tracking information to be notified about the status of your delivery please use this information and contact the courier company regarding delivery of your order.
Delivery mistakes sadly can be made, if they do please contact the Lunun Gin team via sales@lunungin.com.
Damage
While our bottles are packed carefully to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, on occasion (and for reasons beyond our control) damage may occur in transit. Should this occur to a level that you deem unacceptable, please contact us so that we can arrange replacement at our next available delivery date, or a refund. Please note that you will need to email us a photo of the damaged products within 24 hours of receipt in order to be eligible for a refund. If we offer you a refund, we will refund you the full amount paid for the damaged items within 3 business days. Please note that banks might take an additional 3-5 days to refund the amount to your card.
Product Promotions
Online promotions may be sent to you if you opt in for correspondence via email or in the post. You shall be given a unique voucher or promotional code to enable you to take advantage of any promotion we offer. Please check your promotional code dates as they do have a time limit and we do want you to have the opportunity to use them. Unless a time is stated, please assume that the code will expire at midnight on the date stated.
Voucher and promotion codes will not be valid for use in conjunction with other offers, or on top of product promotions or discounted items. If there is a minimum spend for the voucher to apply, the minimum spend amount must be in addition to any promotions, meal deals, multi-buys or other discounted items. Each voucher or promotional code may be used only once per household and Felix Max Ltd reserves the right to refuse a sale if it feels that fraud is suspected. Different households may receive different offers.
Please note that on home delivery orders, if a discount voucher code takes the order below the minimum order value threshold you will need to add additional products to your basket to reach this threshold.
If the voucher code or promotion has not been successfully applied and the order completed within the specified time frame we are not obliged to re-issue a voucher code or apply the discount retrospectively.
Once an order is made a promotional code cannot then be added. If you are having an issue putting in a promotional code, please contact the team at Lunun Gin prior to making your order at sales@lunungin.com. If you fail to do so, your promotional code will not be applicable to your order.
E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards and Discounts
Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are redeemable within expiry date for orders placed on www.lunungin.com Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash. Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards can be used towards purchases at a higher price than its face value upon payment of the difference. Felix Max Ltd is under no liability for replacement or refund should Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards be lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed whether they have been redeemed or not, furthermore we reserve the right to refuse any gift cards which have been mutilated, damaged or defaced.
